This course explores the integration of biblical theology with the principles and practice of strategic ministry leadership. Students will trace the unfolding story of God’s redemptive plan from Genesis to Revelation, gaining a unified understanding of Scripture’s theological framework and its implications for contemporary ministry. Emphasis is placed on how biblical truths shape vision, mission, and strategic action in church and organizational contexts.
Through lectures, discussions, and practical projects, participants will learn to interpret Scripture theologically, discern God’s purposes for His people, and apply these insights to ministry planning, discipleship, community engagement, and mission work. The course challenges students to move beyond program-based ministry toward a biblically grounded, Spirit-led, and strategically effective model of leadership in today’s complex world.
